The JustBestow Widget allows WordPress users to easily embed a donation or payment widget on their website. It offers a simple and secure way for donors to make payments directly through their credit or debit cards using Stripe integration. 

Unlike complex payment widgets, JustBestow is lightweight, easy to set up, and focuses only on essential donation functionality. All advanced settings and analytics are managed through the JustBestow Dashboard. 

Installing the JustBestow Widget 

Option 1: Manual Installation 

Since the widget is not yet available in the official WordPress widget Directory, you can install it manually: 

  1. Download the JustBestow Widget ZIP file provided by the development team. 
  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard. 
  1. Navigate to widgets → Add New → Upload widget. 
  1. Click Choose File and select the JustBestow ZIP file. 
  1. Click Install Now and then Activate the widget. 

Once activated, you will see a new menu item labeled “T2P Widget” in your WordPress admin sidebar. 

Accessing the JustBestow Widget 

After installation, you can find the widget under: 

WordPress Admin → T2P Widget 

This section allows you to manage your widget settings, connect to your Stripe account, and embed the donation form on your site. 

Connecting Your Stripe Account 

Before using the widget, you need to link your Stripe account to process payments. 

  1. Go to T2P Widget → Settings. 
  1. Click on Connect with Stripe. 
  1. You will be redirected to the Stripe authorization page. 
  1. Log in to your Stripe account and authorize JustBestow to connect. 
  1. Once you are connected successfully, you’ll be redirected back to your WordPress dashboard. 

Note: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. 

Adding the JustBestow Widget to Your Website 

You can display the JustBestow donation widget on any WordPress page or post. 

Using the WordPress Block Editor 

  1. Open any page or post where you want the donation form to appear. 
  1. Click the “+” Add Block button. 
  1. Search for “T2P Widget” and add it to the page. 
  1. Save or publish your page. 

Testing the Donation Process 

Before going live, it’s recommended to test the donation process using Stripe’s test mode. 

  1. Navigate to the page where your JustBestow widget is embedded. 
  1. Enter the test credit card details provided by Stripe (for example, 4242 4242 4242 4242 for Visa). 
  1. Complete the payment process. 
  1. After submission, you should see a success message: 

“Thank you for your donation.” 

This confirms that your widget is functioning correctly. 

Managing Donations 

All donations and payment records can be viewed and managed in your JustBestow Dashboard. 

You can access the dashboard from the JustBestow main site using your registered credentials. The dashboard includes: 

  • Donation history and transaction details 
  • Donor information 
  • Payment status and summaries 

Note: The WordPress widget only handles the front-end widget display. All data and analytics are stored in the JustBestow Dashboard. 

Troubleshooting
