We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics. Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients. 
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms. 
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. 
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights. 
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. 
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. 
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to enhance social media presence. 
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events. 
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement. 
• Optimize social media profiles and pages for maximum visibility and engagement. 
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation. 
• Assist in the development of social media guidelines and policies for clients. 
• Provide training and support to clients on social media best practices. 
• Monitor and report on social media ROI and KPIs. 
• Coordinate with client account managers to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement. 
• Manage social media advertising budgets and track spending. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. 
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong creativity and the ability to create compelling content. 
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 
• A noiseless remote work setup and your own laptop. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns. 
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics. 
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. 
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
