Just Bestow is a donation plugin and external platform provided by Ayat Solutions. By installing or using the Just Bestow WordPress plugin or accessing the Just Bestow Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the plugin or services.
Service Description
Just Bestow allows organizations to create and manage donation campaigns and embed donation forms on their WordPress websites.
The plugin itself acts as a connector between:
- Your WordPress site
- The Just Bestow external API
- Stripe, our payment processing partner
Advanced features such as campaign management, reporting, and customization are handled outside WordPress through the Just Bestow Dashboard.

Just Bestow relies on the following external services:
Stripe
Stripe is used to securely process payments.
All payment transactions and sensitive financial data are handled directly by Stripe. Just Bestow does not store or process credit or debit card information.

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and campaign information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the service only for lawful donation activities
You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with local donations, fundraising, and tax regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Just Bestow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ayat Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Payment failures caused by Stripe
- Data issues outside the Just Bestow platform
- Losses due to misconfiguration or misuse of the plugin
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
